The Courtland Avenue Church of Christ has a rich history rooted in faith and community. Our journey has been one of dedication to exemplifying Christ in everything we do. We cherish our heritage, our faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the lessons we have been taught about love, compassion, and faith.

We believe that it is in Jesus Christ that freedom and salvation can be found, if we obediently follow after Him. You may be wondering, what must I do in order to receive the freedom and salvation that the Lord offers? Well, it comes to us because of the death and sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. When our faith in Jesus propels us to confess Him as Lord (Romans 10:9-10) and when we are willing to change our hearts and lives by repentance, and then submit to the cleansing power of baptism (Acts 2:38; 1 Peter 3:21, Mark 16:16), we are connected with the blood sacrifice of Jesus and we shall be saved.
