The Church of the New Testament was organized with Qualified Men serving as Elders (also called Shepherds, Overseers) and Deacons (also called Bishops) - I Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9, Philippians 1:1.  The Qualifications for Elders and Deacons can be found in I Timothy 3:1-7 for Elders and I Timothy 3:8-13 for Deacons along with the Evangelist (also called Minister) Ephesians 4:11-14. These men meet the Qualifications found in the New Testament.  They have a strong love for the Lord, His Word, and His people.
